PiLog SA was established as an outflow of the BEE initiative from PiLog (Pty) Ltd. 51% shareholding of PiLog SA is held by a trust on behalf of BEE beneficiaries.

The strategic intent of PiLog SA is to provide niche information technology business solutions (including data content management products and services) to SA Government through skills and technology transfer. PiLog SA is fully enabled and backed by the PiLog International niche products, services and data solutions.
