PiLog Product Implementation and Training

PiLog employs a team of functional specialists and developers for the implementation of the PiLog products in a customer environment. All the PiLog products have been developed in-house by PiLog and any customisations or customer specific configurations can be processed, tested and implemented in-house. Standard PiLog product training courses are presented on customer sites by a PiLog training instructor and Train-the-Trainer and customer specific training documentation can be developed upon request.

Since most data quality solutions require interfacing with customer’s ERP systems, PiLog employs a team specialised in developing and implementing electronic interfaces between the PiLog products and most of the ERP’s currently utilised across the globe.

PiLog offer turnkey solutions and as part of the implementation of PiLog products, a complete data upload and transfer of PiLog scrubbed data to customer ERP’s is carried out by PiLog data specialists, prior to go-live.

Support of PiLog products is available as part of a standard Maintenance and Support Agreement.
