PiLog provides its customers with three options:

Option 1
PiLog only provides skilled resources to the customer. Resources are under the control and supervision of the customer. See typical diagram below:

Option 2
PiLog provides skilled resources with the necessary supervision to the customer. PiLog field managers report to the customer material and services managers. The PiLog team is responsible for certain deliverables. See typical diagram below:

Option 3
PiLog provides a skilled team under the control of the PiLog Outsource Manager to the customer. The PiLog Outsource Manager reports directly to the customer Master Data or Shared Services Manager. The PiLog team is responsible for agreed deliverables according to the customer Governance rules. This is a complete outsource model. See typical diagram below:
